Service Agreement

Welcome to Precision Auto Solutions. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully.

Scope of Services

Precision Auto Solutions provides a range of automotive repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to oil changes, brake services, engine repair, tire services, and AC & heating services. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a service order or estimate provided to you prior to commencement of work.

By authorizing Precision Auto Solutions to perform services on your vehicle, you represent that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have been duly authorized by the legal owner to request such services. You also authorize us to operate the vehicle for the purposes of diagnostics and repair.

Changes to Service Orders

Any changes to the original service order, including additional repairs or services, must be approved by you prior to being performed. We will contact you if we discover any unforeseen issues that require additional work. Your verbal or written approval will be required before proceeding with any additional costs.

Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered by Precision Auto Solutions is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Estimates

We provide estimates for all services prior to commencement of work. These estimates are based on our best assessment of the required work and the cost of parts and labor. However, estimates are not guarantees, and the final cost may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances or additional repairs required.

Taxes

All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable sales taxes. Sales tax will be added to the final invoice as required by law in Phoenix, Arizona.

Late Payment

If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, a late payment fee of 1.5% per month (or the highest rate permitted by law, if lower) will be applied to the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any unpaid balances.

Payment Schedule for Extensive Repairs

For extensive repairs exceeding $2,000, Precision Auto Solutions requires a 50% deposit before commencing the work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. This deposit covers the initial costs of parts and ensures commitment to the repair process.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
